NAS Training Centre partners with New Approach to provide Care skills courses

The NAS Training Centre has partnered with New Approach to provide Training for carers.  It is now a recognized requirement that carers have a QQI (formally FETAC) Award, These highly sought after courses are two of the modules that lead to this award.

The Waterford based state of the art training facility has gained a reputation as one of the region’s leading training venues and continues to work with strategic partners to host a wide range of academic and practical courses for different sectors and disciplines.

Strategic Partners include U.C.C., I.I.T.D., Irish Times Training, Darlington Consulting, NTC, Alphazone NLP Training Academy, and Shangrila School of Reflexology.

These partnerships compliment the training delivered by the NAS Centre which include First Aid, CPR & AED, Manual Handling & People Handling Training.Care skills

The Courses Care Skills & Care of the Older Person (Integrated)

Commencing Friday 20th March 2015. Classes are every Friday 10 am – 5 pm for 7 weeks (Care Skills will commence on the 20th of March, Learners who wish to complete Care of the Older Person only will join the course on the 10th of April)
