Continue for 0.8km on the (R710) to the Old Kilmeaden Road Roundabout.
Take the 3rd Exit off Roundabout.
Continue on the Old Kilmeaden Road for 1.1km to the Carrickpherish Roundabout.
Take 2nd Exit off Roundabout.
The entrance to the Cleaboy Business Park is the next right. (Opposite the Genzyme factory).
Once in the business park take the first right.
